PERSONNEL

The staff of Mediation Northern Ireland are accountable to the Director who, in turn, reports to the Board of Trustees.  Staff and Board members work together in respective Committees.

The staff are led by a Management Group which consists of the Director, the Assistant Director (Services) and the Assistant Director (Resources)

Services Unit – led by the Assistant Director - Services

Resources Unit – led by the Assistant Director - Resources.

Mediation Northern Ireland relies on three types of personnel:
