GROUP MEDIATION SKILLS Aim Designed for more experienced mediators this course will develop skills and introduce strategies for more complex conflict interventions, particularly relevant for practitioners wishing to work within organisations and with large group involvement. Objectives Provide skills to mediate effectively within larger group settings Understand how context affects the type of mediation intervention Recognise how change happens within organisations Evaluate effective strategies for group mediation Who is the course for? Practicing mediators, people with HR responsibilities within larger organisations, senior community workers, clergy and church workers. Interview may be required. Duration This course is available over six days. To receive OCN accreditation Level Three, participants will participate in skills practice and complete a learning portfolio. Dates Next dates to be confirmed. A 6 day course with an additional two days to be done on a one to one basis with tutors.
