Patricia Mullan holds a BA (Joint Hons) in Philosophy and Political Science.
She also has a Post-graduate Certificate in Management Practice. Patricia joined MNI in July 2009 as Development Assistant with the MOST Project. Patricia is both an experienced senior administrator and project worker and brings this combined understanding to the day to day development of this innovative international project.
