Mary Lynch is currently Acting Director of Mediation Northern Ireland. She joined the organisation in September 2010 as Service Manager. After graduating with an MSc in Rural Community Development from Queens University Belfast in 1995 she began working in the community and voluntary sector across NI and the Border Counties. Mary has worked on a range of youth, family and women’s projects under various peace programmes. She worked at INCORE on the Journeys Out Project exploring grassroots approaches to 'dealing with the past'. She has also worked in the Balkans, particularly Bosnia Herzegovina to establish a voluntary youth service model.
